The NHS scheme
improving access to psychological therapy (IAPT) mean that you can access Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- (CBT) therapy depression and anxiety (common mental disorders) in England without need for referral. Simply enter IAPT and your postcode into the search engine to find out how to refer yourself.

Offers regular sitting groups, alternate Saturdays in Newham.
