We currently provide free weekly yoga classes, affordable workshops ( sliding scale with some free places on request). We aim to extend the range of classes as well as two weekly inclusive mindfulness sitting group. Please check  check our facegroup, Yogatrail or the British wheel of yoga for details.

Termly classes- 10 weeks per term- Spring term starts on 17th January to 3rd April (half term dates to be confirmed). The classes are structured to gradually build your knowledge, skills, flexibility and muscle strength.

  • Friday 6:30- 8:

This is our traditional class offering accessible ( all ages, shapes, ability levels), cardio active- will definitely raise your heart rate for at least 20 minutes, providing you with one of your 3 per week recommended exercise

  • Tuesday 8-9 AM at Goodmayes Hospital for NHS/local authority staff only as part of staff well-being.
  • Tuesday 6:30- 8 (Coming soon)- Intermediate class for those with a year or more regular yoga practice
